I've been involved in hundreds of land sales and purchases, development of waterfront property and commercial property. In addition to knowing the area from Cape Fear to the Albemarle Sound, I'm experienced in all aspects of permitting through state and federal agencies required to build on or develop property in eastern North Carolina.

I consider myself fortunate to live in a coastal town that is rich in history and with so much to offer in the way of recreational activities. My family has been in New Bern for almost eight years and there is still much to see and explore with the rivers, beaches, national forests, and parks - all within easy boating or driving distance.
